Yoghurt Banana Bread

Ingredients
  •  2 ripe bananas, mashed
  •  1 cup all purpose flour
  •  ½ cup sugar
  •  ½ cup Greek yoghurt
  •  ¼ cup milk
  •  ¼ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  •  1 teaspoon baking powder
  •  ½ teaspoon baking soda
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  A pinch of salt
How it's made!
    •  Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a loaf pan.
    •   In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
    •   Add the Greek yoghurt, milk, oil or melted butter, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
    •   In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
    •   Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
    •  Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
    • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    •  Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
    • Tips
    • For extra texture, add chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the batter.
    •  Store in an airtight container to keep it soft and fresh.
