Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  •  ½ cup milk
  •  ½ cup Greek yoghurt
  •  1 tablespoon chia seeds
  •  1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  •  1 tablespoon nut butter
  •  Fresh fruit for topping
How it's made!
    • In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, and Greek yoghurt.
    • Add the chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and nut butter.
    • Stir well until fully combined.
    • Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
    • Stir before serving and top with fresh fruit.
    • Tips
    • For a thicker texture, reduce the milk slightly.
    • You can prepare multiple jars in advance for quick and convenient Suhur meals.
