Ingredients
  •  2 cups all purpose flour
  •  1 cup sugar
  •  3 eggs
  •  1 cup Baladna Greek Passion Fruit Yoghurt
  •  ½ cup vegetable oil
  •  1 teaspoon baking powder
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  2 tablespoons passion fruit pulp
  •  Powdered sugar for garnish
How it's made!
    •  Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake pan.
    • In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add Baladna Greek Passion Fruit Yoghurt, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
    • Sift in flour and baking powder, then fold gently into the mixture. Stir in the passion fruit pulp.
    • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    • Allow the cake to cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
