Ingredients
  • 1 cup Baladna Turkish Labneh
  • 8 mini sandwich buns or small bread rolls
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A sprinkle of zaatar or sumac, optional
How it's made!
    • Prepare the bread
    • Slice the mini buns in half.
    • Lightly brush the inside with olive oil if desired.
    • Add the labneh
    • Spread a generous layer of Baladna Turkish Labneh on each bun.
    • Assemble the sandwiches
    • Add cucumber slices, tomato slices, and fresh mint leaves.
    • Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and zaatar or sumac if using.
    • Close the sandwiches gently.
    • Serve
    • Arrange on a serving platter and serve fresh as a light and refreshing Side Iftar option.
