Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup semolina flour
  • All-purpose flour, for dusting
  • 450g pizza dough
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Baladna cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Baladna Labneh
  • 1/2 cup grated Baladna mozzarella
  • 4 scallions
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 24 thin slices pepperoni
  • 2 cups roasted garlic tomato sauce

How it's made!
    • Preheat your oven to 190°C.
    • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
    • In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the dough.
    • Spread the Baladna cheddar cheese, Baladna Labneh, and grated Baladna mozzarella evenly over the dough.
    • Sprinkle the chopped scallions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the cheese.
    • Place the pepperoni slices over the cheese and toppings.
    • Starting at the long edge, roll up the dough tightly to form a log.
    • Slice the log into 12 equal pieces.
    • Place the pizza rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. 
    • While the pizza rolls are baking, warm the roasted garlic tomato sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
    • Serve the hot pizza rolls and Enjoy
