Ingredients
  • 1 cup Baladna Turkish Labneh
  • 2 large flatbreads or wraps
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint or parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • A sprinkle of sumac, optional

How it's made!

    Prepare the filling

    • In a bowl, mix Baladna Turkish Labneh with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
    • Stir until smooth and creamy.

    Assemble the rolls

    • Lay the flatbread on a clean surface.
    • Spread a generous layer of the labneh mixture evenly.
    • Arrange cucumber slices, grated carrot, and fresh herbs over the labneh.
    • Sprinkle with sumac if desired.

    Roll and slice

    • Roll the flatbread tightly into a log shape.
    • Slice into bite sized pieces.

    Serve

    • Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled or at room temperature as a refreshing Side Iftar dish.

    Tips

    • For cleaner slices, chill the rolled wraps for 10 minutes before cutting.
