Greek Yogurt Oatmeal (Alt)

Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  •  1 cup fresh milk
  •  ½ cup Greek yoghurt
  •  1 tablespoon honey
  •  1 tablespoon raisins or chopped dates
  •  1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  •  A pinch of cinnamon
How it's made!
    •  In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
    • Add the rolled oats and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft and creamy, about 5 to 7 minutes.
    • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
    • Stir in the Greek yoghurt, honey, and cinnamon.
    • Top with raisins or chopped dates and sliced almonds before serving.
    • Tips
    • For extra texture, lightly toast the almonds before adding them.
    • Adjust the sweetness by increasing or reducing the honey as preferred.
