Greek Yogurt Oatmeal

Ingredients
  •  ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk or water
  •  ½ cup Greek yoghurt
  •   1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  •  1 tablespoon chopped nuts
  •  Fresh fruit for topping
How it's made!
    •  In a small pot, combine the oats and milk or water.
    •  Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and creamy, about 5 to 7 minutes.
    • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
    •   Stir in the Greek yoghurt until well combined.
    •  Top with honey, nuts, and fresh fruit before serving.
    • Tips
    • For a thicker texture, use less liquid while cooking the oats.
    •  You can prepare the oats in advance and mix in the Greek yoghurt just before serving.
