Ingredients
  • 1 cup Baladna Whipping Cream
  • ½ cup Baladna Cream Cheese
  • 200 g dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish
How it's made!
    • In a bowl, beat Baladna Whipping Cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
    • In a separate bowl, whisk Baladna Cream Cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
    • Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully combined
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until light and airy.
    • Spoon into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
    • Garnish with chocolate shavings.

    • Make sure the melted chocolate has cooled slightly before mixing to maintain a smooth texture.
