  • 1 Loaf of Ciabatta
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 100g Baladna Cream Cheese
  • 150g Baladna Cheddar Cheese
  • 50g Butter
  • A Small Handful Of Parsley
  • 250g Baladna Mozzarella
How it's made!
    •  Preheat your oven to 180°C.
    • Using a serrated knife, slice the ciabatta loaf lengthwise, leaving the bottom intact.
    • In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, Baladna cream cheese, grated Baladna cheddar cheese, and softened butter until well combined.
    • Spread the cheese and garlic mixture generously on both sides of the ciabatta loaf.
    • Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top of the cheese mixture.
    • Place the sliced Baladna Mozzarella on top of the cheese mixture, covering the entire loaf.
    • Place the ciabatta loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the ciabatta is crispy and golden brown.
    • Remove the ciabatta from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
