Ingredients
  •  1 cup shredded mozzarella
  •  1 cup all purpose flour
  •  ¼ cup butter, softened
  •  2 tablespoons fresh milk
  •  ½ teaspoon baking powder
  •  A pinch of salt
How it's made!
    •  Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
    •  In a bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella, flour, baking powder, and salt.
    •  Add the butter and rub it into the mixture until crumbly.
    •  Add the milk gradually and mix until a soft dough forms.
    •  Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into small squares or shapes.
    •  Place on the prepared tray and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden.
    •  Allow to cool before serving.
    • Tips
    • For extra flavor, add a pinch of dried herbs to the dough.
    • Store in an airtight container to maintain crispness.
