Ingredients

Pizza
  • tomato sauce 100g
  • pizza dough 100g
  • oregano 10g
  • mozzeralla 100g  

How it's made!

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to a thin, even layer. Place it onto a pizza pan or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon the tomato sauce onto the pizza dough and spread it evenly, leaving a small border around the edge.
  4. Sprinkle the oregano on top of the tomato sauce, distributing it evenly across the pizza.
  5. Grate the mozzarella cheese or cut it into small pieces and sprinkle it over the pizza, distributing it evenly.
  6.  Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7.  Once the pizza is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
  8. You can also add any other toppings you like, such as sliced onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, or cooked sausage or pepperoni.
